66 phase I requires no equipment, there are bodyweight and easy cardiovascular fitness sessions divided over the week.
Phase II includes the addition of advanced bodyweight movements. Each movement has levels, start at the beginning and progress once you hit the standards. You will also notice an increase in time for the challenge sessions.
